Establishing a Director of Corporate Enforcement office.

Liquidators to report to the director.

Setting up a Company Law Review Group.

Giving legislative effect to an asset-freezing order (a Mareva injunction).

Enhanced powers for the Companies Registration Office.

Six accountants and one solicitor to be provided to the Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment for company investigations.
