PEPSICO INC said in New York yesterday its second quarter earnings jumped 20 per cent to $583 million, compared with $487 million in the same period a year ago.
Profits at the snack food, soft drinks and restaurant giant, rose to $977 million in the period to June 15th, from $808 million in 1995.
