A dispute over 370,000 Ovoca shares frozen by a 1998 court order has been settled. The orders restraining former Bula Resources (Holdings) chairman Mr Jim Stanley from disposing of certain assets included the shares held by a British businessman, Mr Kevin Milner. Mr Milner had claimed to be the beneficial owner of the shares. When the matter came before Mr Justice Lavan yesterday, he was told it was settled but the terms were not disclosed.
