Mr Denis O'Brien, the chairman of Esat Telecom, has continued to build his stake in PGA European Tour Course, the golf course company. He bought 50,000 shares at 40p per share on Tuesday to increase his holding to just over 7.6 million shares or 11.9 per cent of the company. According to a disclosure to the stock exchange yesterday, Mr O'Brien has contracted to buy additional shares at prices up to 59p per share to take his stake in the London listed company - which operates golf course in Britain and Continental Europe - to 12 per cent.
