A new venture capital fund opening today will mark Royal Bank of Scotland's first entry into the Irish market. The fundanaiste, Ms Harney, will count the Royal Bank Development Corporation, Enterprise Ireland and financiers Corporate Finance Ireland among its contributors. The initial funding is likely to be £8£10 million (€10.112.7 million).
