A head of IBEC's employee information services, Ms Caroline Jenkinson, has been appointed a deputy chairperson of the Labour Court. She replaces Mr Finbarr Flood, another IBEC nominee, who will succeed Ms Evelyn Owens as Chairman of the Court. The other deputy chairman is Mr Kevin Duffy, former assistant general secretary of the ICTU.
