J.D. Edwards announces Microsoft joint venture

Microsoft and enterprise business software developer J.D. Edwards has announced its collaboration on a variety of technology initiatives designed to improve the integration between the J.D. Edwards' OneWorld suite of enterprise resource planning solutions and the Microsoft BackOffice family of products.
