Irish Life has added a technology stock portfolio to its range of SCOPE investment products. TechSCOPE is designed for single premium investments of £2,000 (€2,539) or more. Investors may switch their investment among the six stock portfolios - SecureSCOPE, EuropaSCOPE, WisdomSCOPE, CelticSCOPE, TeleSCOPE and now TechSCOPE - at no charge. The portfolios are compiled according to the level of risk associated with the stocks within them. TechSCOPE is not for the faint-hearted as the Nasdaq index, representing where the shares are listed, is one of the most volatile in the world.
