The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland (ICAI) will today announce the make-up of the committee to hear appeals from members arising out of the Blayney Inquiry into members' misconduct. Mr Hugh Kennedy, senior counsel practising in Northern Ireland, is to chair the committee. He will be joined by Mr John Hennessy, a former partner at Arthur Andersen and Mr Maurice Tempany, former ICAI president and a member of the advisory group examining the establishment of a single financial regulator.
