Unit values in the Irish Forestry Unit Trust increased by 11.5 per cent last year, with the bid value of units rising from €1.76 to €1.96. The net asset value of the trust, which invests in Irish forestry projects on behalf of pension funds, increased from €81.5 million to €94.7 million.
