Gold exploration company Conroy has begun drilling at its Clontibret target in Monaghan following positive results from its scoping studies. This is the latest step towards developing a mine at Clontibret.

The drilling will enable Conroy to further define the gold zones within the area, and will also provide geotechnical information for the purposes of designing the mine.
