Mr Sean Donlon has been appointed a non-executive director to the board of Enba, the newly-established holding company, based in Dublin, that is preparing to introduce online Internet financial services in Europe.

Mr Donlon was special adviser to Mr John Bruton when he was Taoiseach and served as Irish ambassador to the US and as secretary of the Department of Foreign Affairs. He played a key role in the political and diplomatic negotiations leading to the establishment of the Northern Ireland peace process.
