The President of the High Court, Mr Justice Costello, yesterday reserved judgment in the action by businessman, Mr Harry Crosbie, who is seeking the return of six acres of Dublin dockland following the abandonment of the Government backed national sports centre. Mr Crosbie's action was against the Custom House Dock Development Authority and the State. He was paid £4 million for the land.

He claimed that, following a public inquiry, a compulsory purchase order was made. He felt he had no alternative and sold the land.
