Computerlinks, the Frankfurt-listed subsidiary of Fayrewood, has expanded its European operations with the acquisition of French software group Pro-Manage Systems for a maximum of €2.7 million. Computerlinks is 53.7 per cent-owned by Fayrewood in which Irish businessman Mr Pierce Casey has a 15 per cent stake.
