CBRE is quoting a rent of €120,000 for a restaurant and takeaway building at 14-18 Aston Quay, Dublin 2.

The ground-floor unit extends to 157sq m (1,686sq ft) and forms part of a four-storey over basement mixed-use building adjoining Supervalu, Soho Café and Crutch Fitness.

The unit previously traded as Boots chemist and can now be switched to a restaurant and hot food takeaway under a new planning approval.
