Rent fall for warehouse at business park

Savills have dropped the asking rent from €260,000 to €220,000 for a hi-bay warehouse facility at Turvey Business Park in Donabate, Co Dublin.

The new rent works out at a mere €5.30 per sq ft.

With a clear internal height of 10 metres, the building has a gross external floor area of 3,982sq m (42,862sq ft) which includes an office area of 87sq m (936sq ft). The premises also benefits from a large yard to the rear.
