Oliver James signs for new Dublin office space on Harcourt Street

International recruitment firm to double Irish staff headcount over next three years

International recruitment company Oliver James is aiming to double the number of people it employs in Dublin over the next three years after signing an agreement for its latest office in the capital.

Located at 8 Harcourt Street, the accommodation extends to 3,350sq ft and provides OJ Dublin with space for 55 personnel involved in the delivery of recruitment services to the technology, financial services and change management sectors. The company has agreed to occupy the offices under a new three-year lease with the building's landlord, flexible workspace provider Clearspace. Oliver James was represented in the negotiations by Richard Sexton from Office Concierge in collaboration with Mark Smyth of MSP Consulting. The Harcourt Street office is OJ Dublin's second new location this year, and the fourth since the company's arrival in the Republic in 2017.

Commenting on the move, Ben Doyle, country director of Oliver James Dublin said: “Our relocation to 8 Harcourt Street is a result of the expedited growth OJ Dublin is experiencing and represents the exciting times ahead, as well as the abundance of opportunities available to the people working with us.”

Shane Bourke, managing director at Clearspace, added: “We were delighted to work closely with Oliver James, renovating the space to their specific requirements and removing all hassle of a traditional office lease.”
