The vacant building were most recently used as serviced offices and could continue to be let for the same purpose, converted into a hotel or divided into city apartments.

Kellie O’Brien of Savills said the buildings had been well maintained and retain many of their original features including decorative cornicing, ceiling roses, fireplaces and staircases.

Savills is guiding €3,550,000 for the basements of numbers 18, 19, 20 and 21; €1.2 million for number 22, or €4.7 million for the entire portfolio.
