Harbour Square is a mixed-use office, retail and residential development which includes three office buildings. Two of these have already been reserved. Building 2 is available with completion scheduled for mid 2007.
It can be let, either in its entirety or on a floor-by-floor basis, with the space available from 400-2,860sq m (4,306- 30,785sq ft). The quoting rent is €307 per sq m (€28.5 per sq ft) and €2,000 per annum for each of the 58 car-parking spaces.
Harbour Square will also include a retail element that will add to the location's appeal. There will be four retail units ranging from 195sq m (2,100sq ft) with excellent frontage to Crofton Road.
Joint developers for Harbour Square are Earlsfort Crofton Ltd and Shaston Developments Ltd. The building will be finished to include raised floors, suspended ceilings and air-conditioning. Building 1 of 2,006sq m (21,592sq ft) and Building 3 with 613sq m (6,598sq ft) are reserved and the sales agents expect significant interest in the third building.
