€139 per sq m rent in Docklands

Agent JLL is quoting a keen rent of €139 per sq m (€13 per sq ft) for 483sq m (5,200sq ft) on the second floor of the F2 building at EastPoint in the Dublin docklands.

The ground floor of the building was recently let to RAPT Touch, a leading provider of alternative multi-touch systems for global consumers and system integrators.

Aoife Murray of JLL said recent letting activity in the park had been positive and they were expecting a good finish to 2014. She is also marketing space in several other blocks in the park.
