Consultancy group Cap Gemini Ernst & Young has made six people redundant in Dublin as part of a restructuring at its operations in the Republic and Britain. The firm cut 3 per cent of its 9,000 workforce this week due to the downturn in the economy and some overlapping positions retained since its merger last year.
