A new service, BookingIre land.com plans to capitalise on the growing golf industry in Ireland by offering a centralised online golf booking service. Due to be launched next Tuesday, BookingIreland.com will promote Irish golf clubs online.

Participating clubs can avail of a 24-hour online reservations service targeting golfers worldwide. The site will also carry an e-commerce golf shopping service.

Golfers who do not already have a website can also register with BookingIreland.com and gain access to a call desk with a dedicated low call rate number - 1850 BIRDIE - where golfers can book tee times for the cost of a local call.
