Mr Martin Sorrell, the chief executive of the world's largest advertising agency group, WPP, could pocket a £4.5 million sterling shares windfall today.

A share bonus scheme allows Mr Sorrell to cash in 1.173 million shares if the company's share price remains at or above 265p for 60 consecutive days.
