Award-winning agency Harris PR has launched a dedicated corporate division in response to growing demand from organisations seeking strategic communications, reputation management and stakeholder engagement support.

Building on nearly 17 years of delivering corporate communications strategies for consumer clients, the new division will sit alongside the agency’s long‑established and highly-respected consumer division. Deputy managing director Niamh McCarrick has been appointed corporate division lead and will be supported by a team of experienced PR and communications managers and executives.

Founded in 2009 by Sonia Harris Pope, Harris PR is recognised as one of Ireland’s leading communications agencies. Through sustained organic growth, the agency has built a diverse client portfolio spanning consumer; retail; food and beverage; tourism; fintech; health and wellbeing; and not-for-profit sectors. Harris PR works with brands including Ford, Amazon, Lidl, Dundrum Town Centre, St Patrick’s Festival and Fáilte Ireland’s Púca Festival. The agency employs 18 team members.

While renowned for its consumer communications expertise, Harris PR has also delivered strategic corporate communications programmes for clients including Ford, Domino’s Pizza, Dingle Distillery, Activ8 Solar Energies, Bunq and Capitalflow. The launch of a dedicated corporate division formalises an established service offering, reflecting growing client demand for specialist support in reputation management, stakeholder engagement, crisis communications, ESG and corporate storytelling.

The new division brings together a specialist team with expertise across corporate, technology, B2B communications, employee engagement, crisis management, public affairs and ESG communications. Supporting both Irish and multinational organisations, the division offers strategic communications counsel designed to build reputation, engage stakeholders and drive business objectives. Services include communications strategy, corporate messaging, executive profiling, crisis support, employer branding, employee engagement, content creation and social media management.

Founder and managing director Sonia Harris Pope said the launch reflects a pivotal moment for organisations operating in Ireland. “Organisations today are operating in an increasingly complex and fast-moving environment, where reputation has never been more valuable or more vulnerable,” she said. “Effective communications is no longer a nice-to-have; it is essential to building trust, navigating change and creating meaningful connections with stakeholders.

“The launch of our corporate division is a natural evolution for Harris PR. While we are widely recognised for our consumer communications expertise, we have been delivering strategic corporate communications programmes for clients for almost two decades. Formalising this offering allows us to bring together that expertise under a dedicated division focused on helping organisations communicate with clarity, authenticity and impact.

“I am particularly excited to see Niamh McCarrick lead this next chapter. Niamh combines outstanding strategic counsel with a deep understanding of our clients, our culture and the wider communications landscape. Her experience working both in-house and agency-side makes her exceptionally well placed to support organisations navigating today’s communications challenges and opportunities.”

Deputy managing director Niamh McCarrick, who will lead the new division, said: “Establishing a dedicated corporate division is a natural next step in the agency’s evolution following years of organic growth across our services, team and clients. Our team blends deep knowledge of the Irish media and socioeconomic environment with decades of combined experience across crisis management, internal communications, ESG and strategic corporate storytelling. We’re excited to bring this expertise to organisations large and small seeking trusted counsel and meaningful results as they navigate an increasingly complex landscape.”

Combining deep knowledge of the Irish media and stakeholder landscape with extensive experience supporting multinational and domestic organisations, Harris PR’s corporate division is positioned to deliver strategic communications counsel where it matters most. As a trusted on-the-ground partner for global brands, PLCs and high-growth businesses, the agency helps clients navigate complexity, protect reputation and engage stakeholders with clarity, authenticity and purpose.
