MyHome.ie is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Irish Times Group and is one of Ireland's leading property portals. MyHome.ie was established in 2001. It helps house-hunters find homes and provides estate agents with an efficient, effective marketing tool.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Senior Account Manager will work as part of the Sales Team in MyHome.ie, building a new client base and managing a network of key strategic estate agent accounts. The person appointed will be responsible for driving revenue for MyHome.ie and identifying long term and sustainable new business opportunities. S/he will grow property advertising revenue consistent with corporate sales targets and strategies and develop a deep understanding of our digital solution portfolio.
The successful candidate will be an experienced account manager with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing strategic accounts. S/he will demonstrate an ability to build strong relationships across a customer base and have a real understanding of customer requirements, selling the full range of MyHome.ie solutions. A good knowledge of digital marketing and previous experience working with CMS and CRM systems is important.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, excellent influencing and negotiation skills, and an ability to work on their own initiative. An interest in the MyHome.ie brand, and an understanding of the property sector, are also important.
