ST VINCENT'S appeal against the decision of the Dublin County Board to fine the club £2,000 was ruled out of order on technical grounds at a meeting of the Leinster Council last night.

The fine was imposed on St Vincent's arising from incidents in a Dublin senior football League match with Thomas Davis in May. Thomas Davis, who were fined £250 by the Dublin board, did not appeal.
