SOUND MAN made a winning seasonal reappearance at Tipperary yesterday when coming home by 20 lengths under Richard Dunwoody in the Croom House Stud Chase.

Despite getting close to the fifth fence, and a further mistake four out, Edward O'Grady's multiple scorer made virtually all to annihilate his five rivals with ease.

"He was probably a bit fresh and that was the first fence he jumped this year. He will go for the Fortria Chase at Navan next month (November 2nd) before going on for the Tingle Creek at Sandown later this year," said O'Grady.
