Jim Crawford names six new call-ups in Ireland Under-21s squad

Ireland play Bosnia & Herzegovina and Luxembourg in Euro qualifiers

Republic of Ireland Under-21s boss Jim Crawford has named his 24-man squad for next month’s European Championship qualifiers against Bosnia & Herzegovina and Luxembourg.

There are six new faces in the camp, including Brighton duo Evan Ferguson and Andrew Moran, Cardiff City’s Joel Bagan and Crystal Palace’s Jake O’Brien.

Fulham’s Ollie O’Neill also earns a first call-up, so too Wolfsburg’s Anselmo Garcia MacNulty. Getafe’s John Joe Patrick Finn Benoa is not part of the 24 but will train with the squad.

Ireland meet Bosnia and Herzegovina on Friday September 3rd before meeting Luxembourg on Tuesday September 7th.
