Former Ireland prop Reggie Corrigan will become the most capped Leinster player in the Celtic League when he takes to the field against the Newport Gwent Dragons at Rodney Parade tomorrow evening.
Corrigan, who is named in the frontrow with hooker Brian Blaney and Will Green, will win his 56th cap.
In the only other change to the pack Leinster's player of the month Stephen Keogh returns to wing forward.
Scrumhalf Guy Easterby will partner captain Felipe Contepomi, while Kieran Lewis joins Gordon D'Arcy in the centre in the continued absence of injured Ireland captain Brian O'Drsicoll.
On the bench, one of Stan Wright, Harry Vermaas, Cian Healy, Owen Finegan, Kevin McLaughlin will be omitted by coach Michael Cheika, closer to the 7.10 pm kick-off.
Meanwhile Irish Under-19 coach Charlie McAleese has made four changes to the side that beat Scotland ahead of tomorrow's World Championship clash with South Africa in Ravenhill.
Jamie Smyth, who impressed after his introduction against the Scots, will start at fullback, while Murray Kinsella will make his first start of the tournament at inside centre, at the expense of Conor Cleary.
Tighthead prop Paddy McCabe, who replaced Matthew Nelson against Scotland, will start, as will secondrow David Foley.
Naming his team McAleese said: "Our last game showed what great spirit we have in the squad and tomorrow's game will test that spirit even further. South Africa have proved that they are a top side so far and after their close loss to France, will be looking to get their tournament back on track with a possible top four finish.
"Our challenge is to raise our game again and while there is pressure to win every time you put on the Ireland jersey, I am sure that the squad will rise to the occasion. The support so far has been tremendous and another big crowd in Ravenhill will hopefully give us that little bit extra we need".
