ROUND FOUR of the National Rally championship yesterday - the Springhill Court Hotel Rally run out of Kilkenny by the Carlow Car Club - was won by local driver Stephen Murphy who had almost a minute in hand over Eamonn Boland of Wexford both driving Ford Escort Cosworths. Mickey Farrell crashed his Subaru Legacy on the second stage and John Gilleece dropped out of third when his Escort Cosworth developed differential trouble.
