Ireland manager Mick McCarthy's list of players on yellow cards has been increased to 11 following yesterday's confirmation by FIFA that an outstanding caution against Mark Kennedy still stands. Ireland Youth international winger, Damien Duff, has agreed a new five-year deal with Blackburn.
