Ffrench try secures win

Mount Temple produced a rock-solid performance in the second half to defeat Marian College at Newpark yesterday.

Leading by two points at the break, Mount Temple withstood a Marian onslaught to hold on to their advantage in a scoreless second half. Temple's Andy Coggin crossed after a minute with Marian responding through a David Og Kennedy try. Keith Ellis and Caoilainn Murphy then traded tries before Darragh Ffrench scored the winning try.
