Irish international Claire Coughlan will defend her Ford Cork Ladies Scratch Cup title at Cork golf club on Saturday, April 7th. The former Irish Close champion and local favourite will lead a strong field in the 36 holes event which this year will have a shotgun start at 9.0 a.m and 2.30 p.m. Entries, which close on Friday, should be sent to Margaret Keane, honorary secretary, Cork Golf Club at 021-406231.
