CD-Rom will prove a taxing read

THE Margin's "there's more to life than romance" department is glad to bring news of something which will lift the heart of the tax accountant in your life. The Institute of Taxation has gone electronic and has put the 2,500 pages of The Irish Tax Review 1990 to 1996 on CD-Rom. Hours of happy mouse clicking will follow on the institute's very useful mat with a summary of the 1997/98 tax position, of course.
