Congratulations to Vincent Allen of St Anne's in Cork on his election as a patron of the Pitch and Putt Union of Ireland. Allen was honoured at the annual convention in Longford and joins such leading pitch and putt personalities as Kitty Bell (Cork), Eamonn Birchall (Dublin), Paddy Power (Clonmel), Jim Birmingham (Dublin) and Larry Furlong (Kildare).
