In a recent survey carried out by Sherry FitzGerald to owner occupiers in SeaGreen, we asked them to let us know the factors that influenced their decision to buy in SeaGreen over other homes elsewhere. The answers were “a quality, well built, well insulated home”, “a high standard of finish”, “the sea views”, “community”, “storage space”, “light and space”, “proximity to good schools”, “style of the houses” to name just a few.
