Sir, – Further to "Watchdog could be given power to close hospitals" (News, December 12th), there is to be a licensing system for hospitals. Hospital licences? Is the Minister for Health for real?
We have a crisis in our health service and more particularly our hospitals. Is a licensing system going to solve anything? – Yours, etc,
