How is it possible to do ‘little bit more’?

Sir, – On March 18th at the daily National Public Health Emergency Team briefing, the deputy chief medical officer, Dr Ronan Glynn, told the people of Ireland to do a “little bit more”.

The Government continues to not fulfil its vaccination targets and still blames others for any short comings.

It also failed to introduce an effective quarantine process and had an ineffective contact tracing process that has seen the rise of new variants of Covid-19.

Maybe they should be told to do more, and not the people of Ireland who have nothing left to give. – Yours, etc,

BRIAN MOLONEY,
