Madam, - I was delighted to read the front page report by Dr Muiris Houston, Medical Correspondent, about the most radical restructuring of the State's health services in more than 30 years. I welcome the replacement of all the health boards by four regional executive bodies.
Alas, how long must we wait for Education Minister Noel Dempsey to take a leaf from Mr Martin's notebook and reform a very antiquated education system? - Yours, etc.,
