Madam, - Now that gridlock on our roads is standard it could be put to good use for the dental health of the country? Could the Minister for Health be persuaded to award motorists bonus points for practising oral hygiene techniques such as using wooden sticks and dental floss in their cars while at rest, to be offset against penalties which might otherwise accrue for road rage, speeding, the use of mobile phones, etc? - Yours, etc,
