Sir, – I’m not sure which political class in London Aidan Harte (Letters, July 19th) is referring to. Neither side in Britain reckoned on the outcome of the blunt-instrument Brexit referendum, just as I suspect the outcome of a crude referendum on Irish unity will come up with an outcome not many will be happy with. – Yours, etc,
