Sir, – In recent times, many bank customers have questioned the ability of our banks to give a good customer service and experience.
For example, trying to get in touch with someone in a branch to discuss the most mundane of issues seems to be a very big ask.
However, ironically, the banks remain extremely efficient with some tasks.
Look at the speed at which recent interest rate hike letters were sent to customers all over the country.
