Sir, – There are 3,300 primary schools in the country, many with huge halls and large roofs.
If there was a Government-led scheme to install solar panels on those roofs, it would reduce energy bills in our schools.
The excess energy could be sold back to the grid in the summer months to generate money for educational resources, and the children attending the schools would see that their country was taking a cleaner and greener approach to producing energy. – Is mise,
