A youth is to be charged tomorrow morning in connection with the death of Mr Patrick Jackson whose body was found in Cavan town on May 19th.
The youth is expected before Virginia District Court near Cavan at 10.30. Files on five other youths between 14 and 16-years-of-age who were arrested in connection with the incident have been sent to the DPP.
Mr Jackson of Marian Row, Ballinagh, (70), was found dead in the Bridge Street car park at 6.30 p.m. last Saturday.
