A woman who allegedly kicked a garda in the face as he tried to arrest her friend for stealing from a shop was remanded on bail by the Dublin District Court yesterday. Ms Loraine Fitzgerald (20), of Gloucester Place, Dublin, is charged with assaulting the garda outside a store on Bath Avenue, Sandymount, on November 25th last. Judge William Earley remanded
