Vodafone Group made offers worth up to about €2 billion today for the minority interests in its quoted subsidaries in Sweden, Portugal and The Netherlands.
Vodafone, seeking to tighten its grip on Europe's mobile phone market, said it had bid 45 Swedish crowns per Europolitan share, €11 per Libertel share in The Netherlands, and €8.5 per Telecel share in Portugal.
