Violence ruled out in woman's death

Gardai have ruled out violent death in the case of a young married woman found dead in her bedroom shortly before 11 p.m

Gardai have ruled out violent death in the case of a young married woman found dead in her bedroom shortly before 11 p.m. on Sunday night.

Last night the Chief State Pathologist, Dr John Harbison, conducted a post-mortem on the body of Ms Laura Enright (26), of Churchview in Banogue, near Croom, Co Limerick. His report is not expected for a few days but it is understood no marks were found on the body and there is no suspicion of foul play.

Gardai said family members found the body, and the dead woman was last seen outside the house on Saturday night.

Mrs Enright and her husband, Patrick, had been socialising in Kilmallock over the previous two days. They have three children, aged between one and six years. Their home is in a cluster of 10 houses beside the St Peter and St Paul parish church.
