Pierre van Hooijdonk's adviser has claimed Birmingham are preparing a bid for the Dutch international.
The former Celtic and Nottingham Forest striker looks set to leave Feyenoord this summer.
Van Hooijdonk's spokesman Rob Brehler told the BBC: "At the moment, we have a couple of clubs taking an interest in Pierre. One of those is Birmingham City in England and the other is Fenerbahce in Turkey.
"But talks are still at a preliminary stage - that is all we can say at the moment".
