A postman in northern Ireland had his van rammed by two armed raiders this morning in Co Antrim.
The Royal Mail employee was held at gunpoint during the robbery on the Ballynadrentagh Road by two men, one of whom was armed with a shotgun.
The raiders took a quantity of post before escaping in a car.
This car was later found burned out on the Dungonnell Road near Aldergrove. The postman has since been taken to hospital. His condition is unknown.
