Two men have been arrested over the seizure of cannabis resin with an estimated street value of €25,000 in south Co Dublin last night.
Gardaí from Dún Laoghaire Drugs Unit stopped and searched a vehicle on Stradbrook Road, Deansgrange, at about 9.00 p.m. and arrested the men, aged 18 and 27.
They are being held at Dún Laoghaire Garda Station under Section 2 of the Drug Trafficking Act. They can be held up to seven days before being charged.
